Description
Two people, each on the brink of leaving their marriages, meet by chance and become friends. They support each other as they each start over again and, despite judgment from family and friends, their relationship turns to love. The novel explores the reasons people choose to stay unhappily married and the courage it takes to leave. Ultimately, two decent people realize they have been living their lives for the benefit of their families but at a huge cost to their own well-being. They encourage each other to be brave enough to claim the happiness they deserve by choosing to be with the person who is right for them.
