Having a Bloomtastic Festival at school to celebrate spring is a great idea--but Eva Wingdale, a young owl, discovers that it is also a lot of work, and there is nothing wrong with asking her friends for help.

When Eva Wingdale sees something large and white flying above her she is convinced that it is a ghost, although most of the other owls just laugh at her--until something large and heavy and white lands on the school roof.

A famous author is coming to visit and Eva and her classmates are assigned to write a story--but Eva Wingdale is totally distracted because her pet bat, Baxter, has gone missing, and she suspects that the sneaky squirrels have something to do with her missing pet.

Eva offers to babysit for little brother Baby Mo so her parents can go sky-dancing competition, and she enlists a couple of her friends to help--unfortunately Mo proves to be a handful, eating too much candy, making a big mess, and throwing a tantrum, and she and her friends have to clean up fast before her parents get home.

Eva decides that warning all the animals in the forest about the approaching storm is a perfect project to prove herself worthy of taking the Owl Oath, but when she stops to help a lost pony and they get caught in the storm, they have to take shelter in a cave, and end up helping each other to stay brave.
